jamthesun
Starting his rehabilitation perhaps, but Big Ron was on 5 Live yesterday. Sounded in fine form. Those were the days. Great team spirit, good football. Just sayin'
jamthesun
Maybe but clearly had all his marbles. Talked more sense than some younger managers I might mention.
yowl84
I've heard him on there previously, not so long ago. He talked a lot of sense (though I can't remember what about). Doubt very much that he will ever make a mainstream come-back though.
Paddyowl
Tell you what, with all the names that have been suggested on here, Kean, Davies, Brown, etc.. Big Ron would come out on top for me, certainly have a major instant impact, it's someone along those lines that we NEED !

dunsbyowl
One of the East Midlands Owls saw him at an airport recently and once his eyes had readjusted to the glare from Big Rons gold he was a bit shocked how old and frail he looked and wasn't even that Big anymore. ;-(

robster_owl
Doubt very much that he will ever make a mainstream come-back though. Are we considered mainstream though? I doubt it and that's the problem, we aren't in our current position etc.
Guest Wirrowl
I don't think he can ever recover from 'that' comment. Am amzed the BBC let him in. Their email/text machine must have smoke pouring out of it when he's on. He made that documentary trying to set the record straight and came out of it looking even worse. The stress of managing us would put him in a (not too) early grave.

Ironman
My favourite manager of my lifetime, summat about the buzz he created when he was in charge. He was such a big personality n character, the likes of which we haven't seen since. Heard him on 5live too,he was talking sense.shame he's too old as i'd have him back here in an instant
