niallzi
when (and this is a VERY big when), we finally get the new scoreboard, i was wondering whether we should keep the old one and place it somewhere in or around the ground, and use it in someway (like a ''next home game'' sign). Any idea's are welcome :)

Geohay
We should give it to Hallam or Sheffield FC. Then whenever Wednesday aren't playing it'd encourage more Wednesdayites to go an watch non league footy, to see our old scoreboard in all its former glory! Pompeyowl
Why not just keep it?! Fix it up a little so that it actually iluminates the entire name of our opposition, but keep the SHHHHH...... T! A score board is to see the score. Replays can be seen at home later. Newcastle don't even have a scoreboard! All they'll do is make the adverts more snazzier and never actually display the score. KEEP THE SCOREBOARD!

KennyPowers55
Play it upfront with a 5 man midfield in support, it should be more mobile than Bothroyd . Even JJ could hit it with a cross
Lees Tom Cat
Put it on Darrbarr's restaurant.Give them a 10% discount for it. If it brings in a decent amount of revenue from advertising / sponsorship, then I don't really mind... more revenue would hopefully = a slightly better dip in the subsequent transfer markets in future. So when we're 1-0 up with not long to go (a little far fetched I know!), the opposition have a corner and you're frantically watching time and all the scoreboard will give you is Mr Daarbar's smiling face, proud as punch stood arms crossed outside his restaurant or an ecstatic couple looking lovingly into each other's eyes while laughing at sonething no doubt unfunny in the food court at meadowhall, will you be happy with that little bit of revenue? Or will you be pissed off because you want to know the score and how long's left?
