Chriss
You were surprised when you saw the team line-up. (Personally, i burst out laughing when i saw "Prutton") And you were surprised by how minimal the scoreline was. Correct? I've been pretty negative lately but somehow I'm not too frustrated by this loss.

Lets put this in, and ill coin the phrase, "PREMIER LEAGUE TERMS' We're second from bottom (Reading) And they're second from top (Man city) GO. FIGURE. townend_owl
Wish we wouldn't sugar coat it. We played well yet still lost. our lack of attacking threat is deeply worrying. We only didn't lose heavier because a) Cardiff weren't up to scratch and b) we defended well Edited December 2, 2012 by townend_owl

Guest Sweet&TenderOwl
Glad we put in a lot more effort and fight for a change. Prutton back made a difference. We still need goals and a lot more of those performances, and to start getting results before we'll be anywhere near alright though. But that said, I had a feeling the lads would step up today bearing in mind it was DJ's return to Cardiff. Lets hope they can put the same effort in for every game if we are too stay up. That was the sort of effort we should have put in against the likes of Brighton, Leicester and Watford, where we just layed down for them. Keep putting in the effort, keep getting chances, then eventually something will break our way surely, whomever is in charge or in the team. Don't think we can carry on making four or so many changes to the line-up, virtually every game though.
Paddyowl
Great effort from the lads today, a bit more luck and we could have come away with something other than a loss so well done BUT I,m still not holding my breath, my views have not changed because we "Tried", wheres that spirit and commitment been all season........Here's looking forward to the Bristol City game, should be a walkover........Not. We're light years away from the Prem And Cardiff are no Man City. We are very poor and should have got something out of that game. We have to show that fight and effort in every game, no matter who the opposition are. Bristol City turned them over. We have to have a go against every team in this division and we need something out of the Barnsley and Bristol City games or else MM would have to act. Plus where was that effort and fight, when we played the likes of Leicester, Watford and Brighton? Guest Teetowl
If we can get a good 1-0 defeat against Bristol and smash Barnsley with a well earned 2-0 defeat and maybe just maybe we can head towards the play offs........
