C&K OWLS
Our team is crying out for this formation it suits this formation and i beleive if we play this tommorow against cardiff we could just well win and this is how i would line it up . ...............................KIRKLAND........................... .............BUXTON TAYLOR LLERA HELAN........ .............................SEMEDO LINES...................... ........ANTONIO O GRADY J JOHNSON............ ..................................RODRI................................ I beleive rodri will thrive off o gradys hold up play and the speed of johnson and antonio on the wings will cause cardiff problems . And if with semedo dropping back to help out the defence when needed this is the formation that we need to start playing and the results will come. SWFC_Liam
Isn't O'Grady injured? He was on the bench on Tuesday.
Guest tha_knows
As much as I love Llera's passion for the team, and what he can contribute from set pieces, his lack of pace is a real liability, and its been shown on more than one occasion this season, I'd rather see Buxton given a shot alongside Taylor, with Lee at RB
C&K OWLS
just swap rodri into the three, push o'grady top and i'm with you mate yeah that could work i was going to put it that way round but thought rodri would be better but they could swap if needed
S1Owl
Rodri will score goals if fed correctly, JJ & Antonio cutting in & through passes! Hotta give him a chance! His goals on youtube are ace!
richowl
We just know it would turn into a 4-5-1 though Not that 4-5-1 is a bad thing away from home.
davey_wells
In fairness about all this 4-5-1 thing, we really play 4-3-3. And does it really f'kin matter what formation we play???
richowl
Well the system/formation/tactics needs sorting sooner or later...
scram
And does it really f'kin matter what formation we play??? Not really - because most formations are just ideal starting positions - the formation changes according to the opponents, movement of players and movement of the ball
Havin-a-hoot
Madine upfront. faster, sharper and more clinical than Rodri.... although do hope one day the lad proves me wrong
C&K OWLS
i thought i would bring this back up from what i posted at the start of the december . Dave jones went with this formation today and we looked quality so like i said this is the formation we need to stick with it suits our players and if we do we will climb this leauge if we continue to perform like we did today .
