Near the start when the crowd was anxious he got really stuck in in two good, strong tackles which got things going for us and the crowd, and never looked out of place. Sounded like he did a good job at Blackburn and today too. If Jones can fill it and not be a weak link I won't complain, I don't advocate offering him a new deal yet, but he HAS improved last few games.
