Benjani
He's injured. Jones said himself today. He and Kieran Lee are both out. McCabe and Buxton doubts.

i used to be sc_owl
He's injured. But they don't know exactly what the problem is or when he'll be back. Something like it's up to Reda?
steelowl
on RS tonight he said the med staff are treating his bruised foot no idea how long he's out it's up to Reda when he says the pain has gone enough to play btw he also said a virus had hit the squad as if we need more bad luck
i used to be sc_owl
I must have missed the last bit about the pain. The whole tone when Radio Sheffield were asking about Reda just seemed a bit odd. Like I said, might just be reading into something that isn't there. steelowl
People forget how good he is, we miss him he is a threat at set pieces that we miss terribly GM found a place for him just to have him on the pitch I love the guy and the effort he puts in, if he was a bit more poised I would put him up front during this barren spell - but he isnt another warhurst
0114
Reda defensively isn't the answer. He needs to be higher up the pitch where he is most effective. Could play the Fellaini role.
Guest Big Guns
Need him back so I can win some money on him scoring 1st or last goal...
Worksop Wednesday
did wander similar actually - think OP might be right dont think DJ rates him - DJ too much of a purist to accommodate Redas style ( and maybe Llera too) sometimes feel there is an almost sinister tone with DJ He must be a nightmare to interview
Guest JonR
Reda is injured but doesnt stop him taking £1K spins on roulette at Genting does it.

Guest JonR
Disgusting. He's got a bruised foot and he's out gambling.....whatever next, eh? I appreciate he can do what he likes in his own time. Just winds me up, footballers in general i see them from Blades, Donny Barnsley etc in the casino or Spearmint when injured till the early hours of the morning midweek. Surely there is something they can be doing, looking up on tactics doing charity work. Maybe im just bitter because i cant have a 1K spin for the hell of it. :)
Mountain Owl
I think DJ's not a Reda fan. He must know he's one of the fans favourites but with results going as they are he can hardly criticise the fans for wanting him back.
steelowl
Unless the lad's putting bets on with his injured feet and as long as it's legal then tbf it's nothing to do with fans what he does with his cash
