If he was supposed to be the new "rooney" i think every manager would of heard of him and looked into it. So there must be a reason why nobody has snapped him up. I thought he looked good for Tranmere in an attacking mid position and is probably a better option than Koumas for a trial. Then you read that he's been offered less money to stay at Everton....and turns down the contract. Hard one to call.
