Guest foreverSWFC
I checked his Twitter last night and again this morning, and nowhere on there is there mention of Sheffield Wednesday. Lots of congratulating him on his "big move" and plenty of him saying "goodbye" to various people, but no mention of us. He may well be coming to us, but it don't say he is on his Twitter. Except some lass sent him a message saying something along the lines of, "good luck, will have to come over and visit sometime #letsgetmortalinsheffield
Guest wilyfox
if it happens, immediate replacement for Amado then...
malek
In Corry, whose style of play resembles Michael Carrick of Manchester United or Sergio Busquets of the all-conquering Barcelona - players who let others hog the limelight as they go about their business in a quiet manner - Wednesday have acquired a jack-of-all-trades. He can tackle, distribute safe passes - sometimes key - make lung-bursting runs through midfield and, perhaps most importantly, has a keen eye for goal. He's become renowned at UCD for his ability to shoot from long-range, with that trusty left foot of his a particular crowd-pleaser. He would regularly partner Paul O'Connor in midfield, and while O'Connor would make forward runs Corry would stay back and make sure to nullify any potential quick breaks the opposition may attempt. gurujuan
Amado was our back up ball winner, this guy seems more of an attacking midfield player
Guest wilyfox
Prutton was our back-up ball winner. we never got to see what Amado was. the quote provided by Malek suggests Corry stays back allowing his midfield partner to get forward more often than not; so who knows... malek
sounds like a certain Mr. Brunt........ To me he sounds quite similar to Cheltenham's Marlon Pack (who in my opinion is a top player).

darra
© OS Sheffield Wednesday have signed Irish starlet Paul Corry from University College Dublin for an undisclosed fee, subject to international clearance. The central midfielder has penned a three-year contract at Hillsborough. Corry goes straight into Dave Jones’ first team squad and has been allocated shirt number 21. The 21-year-old is widely regarded as an outstanding young talent in his homeland.

s29wfc
For the first team then, Taken Amado's number so looks like its a straight swap, Would still presume that he wasn't 1 of the 3 so still a CB, CM and a striker needed.
