FAO Owls fans in Scotland

Recommended Posts

Hello. Good to see a few exiled Owls at the Killie game last night.

For those who didn't go, or who missed them, there were some flyers put up for Owls in Scotland to hopefully organise a bus down south to see some games this season.

Email here if you'd be interested: scottishowls@gmail.com

There have been a few enquiries already, so hopefully if enough fans come forward we can get a good bus load to attend a few games.

If you get enough together you could start a supporters trust. I think thats what their called, dunno how you set them up

Or run them but they are endorsed by the club i think if you can get them to recognise you.

Glasgow Owl - that sounds superb. There's two more of us Owls based in Glasgow too.

Here's to a trip south soon!

Get my email mate?

I'll be able to get to Glasgow in 35mins, so I'll be up for any transport from there.

what's closest away game to you lot then?

blackpool?

Think so mate, but not had a butcher's yet. I was hoping Carlisle would get promoted as I know that would definitely be the closest game - and I've never made the visit there from Sheffield for a Wednesday game!

middlesbroughs closest innit?

For those living on the east side of Scotland, it probably is. I'll be on the west side, so Middlesbrough will still be a right trek!

Is it possible to deep fry Wednesday Player in batter and still listen to the games?

The massive Owls army, disbanded after falling out of the top flight, starts to reassemble once more across all continents.

The Mighty Mighty Wednesday army, back in training, and back on the march!

Dunno ! But a Wednesday Player in breadcrumbs is a 'Special Wednesday Player' and one without a bag of flippingchips in a stinking old newspaper is a 'Single Wednesday Player' :tango:
