PolarNigel
Alex Turner and others of the Arctic Monkeys...sits back waits for facile 50 page debate to ensue. But they're blades. Regardless of the fact they've got Chris Waddle plectrums and there's videos galore of them saying that they're, infact, Wednesdayites. Never mind Turner himself reminding the crowd at a gig that there's "only one Chrissy Waddle!" But yeah, other than that, they're Blades ;) Edited August 7, 2012 by PolarNigel
ChapOwlRich
I always remember the band Weezer saying they were Wednesday fans years ago I remember seeing this picture of Rivers Cuomo (leader singer in weezer) in the Melody Maker years ago

Pulsar
Not forgetting the fact that they're from Stocksbridge where blunts are sacrificed at birth in a small clearing in the woods And not forgetting the fact that they (Arctic Monkeys) were stood behind me and Wolfmanjack at Leeds a few years back (3-2 win, Brunt super goal) Gordan Banks & Kevin Keegan Not sure about Banks but anyone who disputes Keegan, read his notes in the front page of the Man City programme around 2005ish It was when they thrashed us during one of their last seasons at Maine rd, Macken was up front for them, we got wee wee wet through and hammered 4 or 5 nil. Keegan clearly states Wednesday are one of the biggest clubs and that he supported us as a kid.
