Some interesting matchday crowd stats, and we're mentioned in them quite a bit

From that I picked out highest increase in away attendance.

Sheffield United + 140%.

It's like they've just discovered travelling away.

Shows that when they've got a chance of winning games, they can turn up. They're going to love it in League 2 the season after this.

Yeah that stat made me laugh.

We went down travelling, we stayed down travelling (finish 16th in our first season down there) and we've been travelling before and since.

Their fans are a f*cking shambles. These stats prove a lot of the b*llocks they were spouting last year was wrong and they've shown their true colours since. They'll be back to taking 500 away next season and mustering 1,500 for their local games like they did at Barnsley in the year they went down.

How the hell did The blunts get over 19,000 S/T Holders ?

Just like the Prem season, they put the next year season tickets on sale before you knew what League they'd be in.

Obviously most of them thought that they were gunna stay in the Championship.

Looking through the various stats for previous seasons, our support has been pretty much constant, a true testament to our loyalty.

The Pigs on the other hand have seen wild fluctuations in their numbers, particularly away from home, which just goes to show that when the going gets tough, the Blaaaaaaaaades stop going.

The 19308 season tickets sold was West Ham United, not Sheffield United.

Thank god someone picked up on that.

As if Utd sold 19000 s/t. If people are gonna take the p**s at least get it right

140% increase in away support. So they nearly triple the away support yet still we had more going. . . How long before congo is on here claiming the stats are lies and the whole football league is against the blunts

Against us at Hillsborough.

They got nowhere near at their own home games.

Actually, think it does mean home games for that particular club. In which case these stats are a load of BS.

30k+ at sty against Stevenage maybe? The Promotion party that turned out to be the opposite? Just guessing and I know it was on Sky but I am sure they got a big crowd on that evening?

Also, when did United get over 30,000 last season? They got 28,000 against us, so the only other I can think of is their final home game of the season...?

They got about 31,000 for the Stevenage league game (not the play-off one).

We would have had a bigger away following percentage, if grounds (allocations) had been bigger.

Should see a big improvement this season witrh bigger and better grounds.

Leeds away percentage isn't that cracking, considering that when you speak to their fans, they bragg that they

take 5,000 away every game.
