Maybe they should take a player off each team every 5 minutes until someone scores, that would sort it out especially if it gets to one on one with the two keepers left.

I agree, something I've had in my mind for years. Extra time is played until someone scores. Every 5 mins, at the next point the ball goes dead, each manager must remove a player at his choice. The next 5 mins would start from that point, as so on until someone scores a goal. As players are removed from the pitch naturally the game becomes more and more open, you shouldn't have to wait that long for a goal to be scored, plus it adds a tactical element with the manager deciding who goes off and when...

every 5 mins of extra time, each side would have to take 2 players off and replace them with scantily clad females...

these would then have to each remove an item of clothing at subsequent substitutions...

and the first team to score 10 would be the winners...
