Or for that matter anyone from two of the three teams that have been our main promotion rivals since he joined the club? I'd rather see us sign two quality Championship players with that money than a player who's not actually done it yet at Championship level. Not sure he would command a fee of 4m tbh. He is out of contract at end of next season (if Wiki is to be believed) and if Huddersfield want to get decent money for him they have to sell in the next transfer window. If they don't go up I can't see him wanting to stay which works in our favour. Even if they do go up is Rhodes going to want to sign a contract extension early doors?
