Shifty Powers
In gonna get laughed at but, Deon Burton. I never saw him have a bad game, he gave everything and scored some good goals as well. We let him go far to early imo. I've named my fish after him as well.

beechy85
Des Walker was mine just made defending look effortless! I also liked Waddle and Hirst but Walker was always my idol he was the reason i started playing centre back! Used to love his one venture over the halfway line every season!! OhForAnotherShez
I caught the same bus as him one Saturday he'd been staying at a B&B at huntersbar. That was probably the Hunter House Hotel. as a teenager in the start of the 70s, there were 4 of us playing in Endcliffe park. These 3 youths came up and watched us for a minute then said 'we'll stick you'. They did - and slaughtered us, they were superb - in comparison to us. One was Danny Cameron who made a few appearances at right back for us. Another was John Mckenna (Jimmy) an actor particularly in Hollyoaks. http://www.e4.com/ho...ackosborne.html The last was 'little Joe' who went to Bolton for his next trial. That Hotel was used for a few trialists apparently. My own earliest hero was Vic Mobley, but had plenty since! M Royds
For it has to be I wonder what happens to fan clubs like the one TC. I ask myself, is it still going? If not who was the last member in it? Who ran it? BTW, check this article written about TC. He still likes to put one over the blades. http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/football-league/confessions-of-a-sheffield-turncoat-2371326.html
