Hopefully whoever it is(D.Jones) will come in use the derby momentum plus new manager impact and get us on a good run. One thing that interest me about Jones is that he loves having pace up front.(Jerome, Chopra etc) This is something that would improve us, pace in the side, look at the Antonio contribution on Sunday, Pace scares the poo out of teams.
