Don't know too much about this guy, is he a left sided midfielder or a striker?

Just watched him against Charlton. He came on as sub, looks similar to Marshall in the way he plays. He's smaller than I was expecting and apparantly he's had a lot of injuries, so sounds right up our street.

Just a bloke, who used up all his luck in one go when he met his wife.

Millwall looking at Evans.

I would imagine they HAVE to move him on, if the rumours are true and Hendo was on 15k, surely Evans is on something near that?

They can't keep that amount of the wage bill much longer.

Personally think it's nailed on that we're signing him.

Megson says he wants an out wide specialist and a few days later he comes out and says he wants to move back up north.

Sooooooooooo hopeful that we are, and lets sign Harry Arter while we're at it too.

Pugh is a rare type of winger at this level who runs himself into grounds, both provides and scores goals. He will fit in brilliantly playing under Megson if he indeed sign for us.

Sure you're not getting him mixed up with Dean Cox?

Yeah you're right, I was thinking about Dean Cox, I'm on a completely different planet at the moment, but it's got plenty of lager, and I'm taking advantage.

I heard a United fan on the radio claiming something along £15,000, although he then went on to say that when they sell him the wages will get 3 or 4 top players for league one. Not sure he quite understood that selling a player on massive money when your wage bill is too high is exactly that.....to save money, not use it all on more players!

Apparently Megson wanted to keep him, MM backed him, but Aldridge messed up/dragged his heels and for whatever reason, JOC had to consider his options and move to the US to take up a coaching position. I'm really confused as the 2 men who apparently control the club wanted him to stay, but for some reason Aldridge was allowed to let him go. I think there's more to this than I/we know.
