I was always led to believe that a decent ref you don`t realise they`re there . These low level refs seem to have traffic warden syndrome and want everyone to respect their authority . Obviously just failed football players that want some limelight . LOOK AT MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Most prem refs have given more than 3 per game this season. Mike Jones has given 38 yellows in just 8 matches, he must have shares in moonpig.
