Guest gilly
Was in the shirt queue for 45 mins I think. The queue started moving quicker when it was decided that all tills would sell shirts rather than just half of them (or at least that is what it looked like). Worth the wait in the end, got a nice non-sponsored shirt! For future though, I would recommend pre-orders and have two seperate queues - one for collections and one for on-the-day purchases. you mean once retail took over the ticket office tills, it sucks for us fans wanting to buy both shirts and a ticket as i did today, was really busy queues on both sides, was told had to pay seperate as they had been split up into seperate departments now, i was on my lunch didnt have time to queue twice so left the shop items and bought my tickets for tom nite, how many others will do this, money lost i think? i also asked why they had not taken pre orders as before and a member of staff said they were told they werent doing this time, sounds like they wanted too but somebody higher up made decision they couldnt
cardiffowl06
Don't get why you wouldn't be able to buy a ticket and a shirt at the same time. Both are products, one transaction also takes less time than two.
oh_weds_we_love_you
Think the merchandise and tickets are two seperate systems, so could understand why they buying together is a problems. That said, even if that is the case, surely both ticket and merchandise programs could be open on the same machine?
