This is not commercial radio - it has already been purchased by licence-payers. It shouldn't make any difference if you are within range of the transmitter or not. Sadly the licence payers only purchased the rights within the RS area. The BBC would have had to pay more for wider access. I move a lot of concrete on the QVC.
