HOOTIE AND THE SHIT TU
In my opinion, Nicky Weaver is the only player guaranteed to start every game, he is a Sheffield boy and a Wednesdayite, so it's Weaver for me. Just a bloke, who used up all his luck in one go when he met his wife.

pgmetcalf
From the current crop, i wouldn't like to pick one. If I had a choice I would get an experienced central midfielder and make him captain
Guest Saturday Owl
I think Morrison should have it, passionate about the club, loves the fans and works very hard for everyone on the pitch. He wont take any poo poo from any of the opposition either and will protect the other lads and keep them out of trouble. Yes he's a gob on legs but I like him, Madowl look away. Other than that I would say Weaver, Miller or as a last resort Buxton.

Guest ak15
In my opinion, Nicky Weaver is the only player guaranteed to start every game, he is a Sheffield boy and a Wednesdayite, so it's Weaver for me. All of this. He's probably the best keeper in the division too. Clinton would also make a great captain but he already has leadership and ambassadorial qualities in abundance anyway. He would most probably just use it as an excuse to gob off at the refs?
malek
I know he was just signed, and is a young fella, but Raynolds has all the qualities you could wish for a captain of a football club.
evaD
No point in making Morrison captain. Once AI finally gives the heff a run of games, Clinton will be spending most of his time on the bench.

Weshallovercome
Spurr? How's he going to captain the side from the bench? sorry, jonny I forgot to put this.......... ...........confusing I know. Although he is vice captain, and in usual systems of hierarchy he would be first choice.............it's a funny old game.
bobtheowl
THE RADIATOR was captain at Plymouth at times, so must have some leadership qualities, although he may be a bit new to the team and also a bit young. So I would go for Miller. He has the experience, I've seen him encouraging team mates before, and I think he would lead by example. didn't realise THE RADIATOR was a filter.
