Well the first two signings in my opinion are excellent, young hungry footballers, THE RADIATOR was excellent yesterday, what a prospect he seems.

True.

This must be what Viagra feels like.

That's worrying because you have to call the doctor if the erection lasts longer than 4 hours and I'm hoping this one will last the rest of the season at least!blush.gif

Its a refreshing change.

After countless Januarys going by, without anything other than maybe one of our young players being loaned out, its great going into work and checking owlstalk and the like this year, almost expecting some transfer information from s6.

Absolutely loving this doing business in January lark, something we could get used to.

Thank you Mr Mandaric.

All the pig fans are very quiet and sheepish - QUALITY

I keep getting the feeling that I didn't take the wee wee out of them often enough when they thought they were going to be the big club in Sheffield forever more. They had their chance in the limelight and it all blew up in their faces in spectacular fashion. Just think how much cash they've spent over the last few years. No really, think about it. They were barely in debt (certainly by less than £10m) before reaching the Premiership, yet now they owe well over £70m - which on top of all that borrowed money from McCabe they received circa £50m from their year in the Premiership as well as £20m from scamming West Ham. I'd estimate they're at least £10m up in transfer fees in the last few seasons too, although it's probably more than that.

So that's around £150m. One hundred and fifty million Great British Pounds.

And what did that buy them? An embarrassing relegation which will tarnish their reputation as a club for well over the next decade thanks to their "going down kicking and screaming" antics, and a hilarious failure in the play-off final against Burnley.

It doesn't really seem fair to tell them we're on our way back now, as they've all pretty much resigned themselves to being Championship relegation fodder for the foreseeable future. They already realise that we're likely to glide back past them almost for certain within the next two or three seasons, if not much quicker. It's killing them.

Spot on, for the last few years transfer windows have meant speculation about our best players leaving while we look at short term replacements to try and plug the gap.

now we are signing young players with quality and potential and are being linked with players left right and centre. It's great to see that the club are planning for the future with the likes of Morrison and Johnson.

Just hope the window hasn't come too late for us this season with Southampton now on a role and Brighton with points in the bag.

The future is bright in blue and white
