Utah Owl
Obviously never went here - but this must have been awesome Incidentally the highest ever crowd here was against us in 1935 as we beat them (Norwich) 0-1 in the 5th round of the FA Cup on our way to winning the Cup Crowd was a measly sounding 25,037 - but in a ground little more substantial than a current non-league ground Just looked it up on their club history, the ground was called "The Nest" (appropriate) and they moved from there to Carrow Road in the summer of 1935, so the cup tie against us would have been one of their final 10 matches at that venue. As an aside, I used to live just off Rosary Road (about 50 yards from the site of "The Nest"). And until today, I never even knew anything about it. I move a lot of concrete on the QVC. Beast of Boulogne
+ Goldstone ground + National hockey stadium I don't think Wembley or Hampden park should be included as they aren't defunct grounds just rebuilt, if they are included we might as well have The valley or St James Park. devon_owl
Somerton park newport county,s old ground Would of loved to have gone there seeing as though Ive seen county play a lot in recent times. If you drive up a road in somerton you can look across and see this patch of differently designed houses in that area. Real shame.

Walsall Old show ground Sflaphorpe I once went to the old Walsall ground as a corporate client with my brother-in-laws firm.
