Guest gringo69
I am trying to buy tickets online for Saturday that have been advertised at £6. http://www.swfc.co.uk/page/TicketNewsDetail/0,,10304~2212798,00.html So why am I being charged £10, when I have a season ticket holder ID code and the following is displayed in red ? "The ticket prices may have been changed due to membership discounts" Also, the adult price is £12. NO WAY, surely an error somewhere.
musingowl
I had the same problem, for some reason even though I have a community S/T and the club have proof of my student ID you have to buy in store or possibly over the phone, something to do with the agreement with Northampton (i.e. them trying to take every penny they can from the tie)
razaswfc
I had this problem trying to buy them, i asked in the departments section and i was told to sign in with my client ID, surname and postcode instead of email and password. It worked then, its something to do with the details not being linked to your season ticket.
