@owlstalk Posted October 5, 2010 Share Posted October 5, 2010 Media Information issued by Sheffield Wednesday Football Club Owls kick off October camp Sheffield Wednesday is offering budding young footballers and goalkeepers the chance to boost their soccer skills during the half term break. The club's Community Programme is kicking off its October Soccer Camp at two locations this schools holiday with youngsters of all abilities aged between five and 14, able to join in the fun. The first football camp, which is based at the SWFC Training Ground, Middlewood Road, Sheffield, will run from Monday 25 October to Friday 29 October at a cost of £15 per day, with the option of attending the week for £45. Young supporters can also attend a matchday club and see the owls take on Huddersfield Town for just £10 extra. There will be a second camp taking place at Retford Oaks High School from Wednesday 27 October to Friday 29 October. For all those aspiring goalies out there, there are also some sessions taking place especially you, with a goal keeping school at the SWFC Training Ground from Wednesday 27 to Friday 29 October. Camps run from 10am to 4pm and in addition to first class coaching, participants will receive medals and the chance to win SWFC merchandise.
