Absolutely nothing if you ask me, but while we are on the subject, I don't like the anthem anyway. Why are we singing about the countries (nominal ruler) a position inherited by accident of birth (nothing against the Queen herself, she has given tremendous service to the country over her reign). The national anthem should be about the country or at the very least symbolic of the country with words that really stir the soul (have to say the Yanks have got that right). I've always felt "Land of Hope & Glory" should be our anthem (we even sing the tune at matches anyway, or at least we used to), maybe the campaign should be to change it and then with an anthem like that it will truly get the respect it deserves!
