Guest Briscoe Inferno Posted September 5, 2010 Share Posted September 5, 2010 Very true, keep to the City Centre pubs and you should be OK Union Street is 100 yards of 4 or 5 grotty nightclubs and bars which attracts equally grotty people - if you go you will be disappointed literally now spit and sawdust street- a complete waste of time. used to be a good night out in the eighties and nineties before the Barbican and quayside areas were redeveloped but now is a run down dump with a kebab place - it is now what the Wicker was like in the early 80's.
