But it's also about management and most Yanks would run rings arounfdour lot - see current farce by overcharging away fans then blaming admin error! A nil transfer budget next season means , at best, mid - table and possible administration if crowds collapse. Let's think about any second offer really hard. Hi Rob! But maybe a good thing see Leeds and Leicester (both of whom then attracted serious investment , bought players to get promotion, recruited great managers and will be in the Premiership light years before us). Geald - great if we could mug Co-op into that deal but they are not that stupid and must have billionsof pounds of loans now secured against assets that have collapsed in value. Plus, commercial rent yields / returns are now about 5% so, assuming Wednesday as tenants pay £500 k per annum (ie same as we now pay in yearly interest), this values the stadium at exactly £10 million. Bradford went in to Administration when they were in what is now the CCC. They are now in League 2 Southampton went in to Administration when they were in the CCC. They are now in League 1 Stockport went in to Administration when they were in League 1. They are now in League 2 Leicester went in to Administration when they were in the CCC. They are in the CCC Bournemouth went in to Administration when they were in L1, they just got back in to League 1 Luton went in to Administration when they were in L1, they are now out of the League Leeds went in to Administration when they were in the CCC, they just got back to the CCC Help me out here rivelin, point out all the clubs who went in to administration and emerged with promotions.
