Essix Blue
As the odds are against us stopping up - if it was an option to go into admin now, before Sundays game, then start next season with a relatively clean slate in L1... Would you?

Guest JonR
despite the obvious reasons we all know why we wont or shouldnt go into administration. remember Southampton last season? they were told if they get enough points to affectively stay up they would be docked and relegated. If they were relegated they would start with -
oh_weds_we_love_you
As the odds are against us stopping up - if it was an option to go into admin now, before Sundays game, then start next season with a relatively clean slate in L1... Would you? Except the 10 points would be carried over into next season. The cut-off point for points deduction is March, hence Palace timing was pretty good (not that I think it was a deliberate act, as you can see now they are truely potless). Would you? For the 1,000,000th time Administration would not help us! Will people get this into their skulls!!!!!!! Administration helps clubs that have a lot of unsecured debt. In simple terms this is usually VAT, PAYE, suppliers and in Leicesters case builders. It does not help clubs where the majority of their debt is secured against assets such as the ground and training pitch. PLEASE TRY AND UNDERSTAND THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :st2:
Wednesday-Wonderland
Even though it MASSIVELY wee wees me off that we can't operate on an even keel with our rivals (or even with tin pot clubs, embarrassingly), I'm quite proud of the fact that we haven't been into admin, so no. And that's ignoring the fact that servicing our debt is currently costing £500k p/a, but ground rental etc costs would total £2m p/a after administration. I effing hate Leicester though. Admin before the points deduction came into effect, then when the points deduction idea was put to the vote they voted for it. Rage.
