I live in Essex and get up to watch Wednesday a times a season and go to most London games. When I watch home games I normaly just travel up watch the game and head of home as it takes time. Anyway, I have a friend who support palace and we have decided to go to the game together (obv sit in different ends). We are coming up to go have a night out on the Saturday before the game and are looking for some recomendations for places to go the night before. Skyline Posted April 13, 2010 Share Posted April 13, 2010 As mentioned Common Room is your best bet for pool tables... Decent bar with decent prices too. Also does food if you want a bite to eat. Embrace during the week is the best club experience in Sheffield since Gatecrasher burnt down. Mostly just students all up for a laugh, no nobheads in there. Whereas Embrace at the weekend is more chav scum and people looking for a fight (never had a problem myself in there at the weekend but I know people who have). I got dragged in there by a friend of a friend one saturday night. fight broke out on the dance floor withou about five minutes. AVOID like the plague on sat nights.
