cardiffowl06
I thought you said the other day that you would be buying one if you could get someone to cover your shift at work? Plus, if you really wanted to watch Wednesday and go to university, you are aware that Sheffield has two of them...? Are you aware that its not that easy to pick uni's? The work thing was for the tickets for sunday, not season tickets.

oh_weds_we_love_you
Are you aware that its not that easy to pick uni's? The work thing was for the tickets for sunday, not season tickets. Guess it depends how clever you are - Sheffield Hallam take pretty much anyone! Also, the University of Sheffield has an outreach programme (and numerous other initiatives) aimed at increasing the number of local people coming to the University. I don't know about Sheffield Hallam as I don't work there! Sheffield is also surrounded by a host of universities, which are just an hour (or less) on the train. If booked in advance, you can get a return to Sheffield from Manchester, for example, for about £8. Do you know what university you are going to yet? I apologise if that is the case, I could have swore that post was in the "8,600+" season ticket sales thread and that you had already bought your ticket for the United game (on the Kop?). cardiffowl06
Deejayone - Block P (North) has sold out but not showing as sold out online. Oh, and when you mean 'sell out' is that every seat? No singles? It might put people off if they can't get sat together.

Means more money for beer and to watch Sheffield Wednesday! Oh, and if its UoS and not SHU, we have the best Union in the UK And our TRP course is top dollar too! Why would you do that when there is a perfectly good course on your doorstep?? You baffle me behond belief! And I know im not the only one. :st2:

oh_weds_we_love_you
Please don't say your studying it Want to move away though tbh. No, I work for UoS and have worked with TRP on numerous occassions! Understandable, a huge part of university life is living away from home. Problem is funding it these days - and part-time work across the country is becoming more and more difficult to get to help subsidise costs. I've heard UCAS have noticed almost a 40% rise over the past two years in students applying to local universities because of concerns over finance. Good luck whatever you choose
