Plonk
8.3K. What was the business plan target for next season, and what will the club do when we fail to achieve that target by some distance?

Whats the point if people like you still won't buy them? It would be a waste of our marketing budget.

Wednesday-Wonderland
Me + 4 renewed. I can't wait for next season. I barely care about the outcome of this season anymore (probably due to thinking we're already down), but I'm proper hyped up for next season and can't wait to get stuck in. sheffsteel
by the end of today what will be a realistic target of s/t sales that the club hope to achieve. i think 9.5 -10000 That's the problem Jimbob, LS has made it clear that HIS targets (16,000 ST holders) are REALISTIC and ACHIEVABLE. Guest
Lee's targets are realistic - if Wednesdayites, who could afford to attend, actually attended. Though you might and a few thousand more do and good on yer, its not everyones priority to watch poo poo every second saturday, get a consistent winning team and the crowds will flood back. This argument over season tickets and we need your support to get a better team as been done over and over, in my view get the performance on the pitch right and the rest will follow. Arthur Bach
16,000 season ticket holders in 2004 for our first League One campaign if memory serves me correctly. That was just four years after we had been relegated from The Premier League. Even the carrot of investment can't motivate the fans to buy in this year. It's fookin' crap. Plonk
Never gonna happen. This is our third relegation battle in four years. Constant defeats and constant crap performances sap the spirit. My mates have all dropped off one by one. Ive decided not to renew as I dont want to commit to watching third division football, which means out of ten season tickets ten years ago only one is renewing for next year. Some go occasionally some not at all. These are Lees missing 20k, and no ammount of rallying calls and ludicrous advertising campaigns (Europe in 5 years) will get them back. The ONLY thing that will do it is a decent team that tries. Get rid of the dross, bring in some players who want to wear the blue and white, allow us to renew our season tickets when we want to, and when we know what league we are in, and we might start bringing people in, instead of driving them away.
