RUMBELOWS91
In terms of style of play, stature within the game and how highly you would rate them? Pressman - Gomez Nilsson - Gary Neville (at his peak) Sterland - Glen Johnson Pearson - Distin Waddle - Joe Cole? (tricky one - almost unique style!) Palmer - Diaby Sheridan - Carrick Hirst - Rooney (style) Bent (stature) Bright - Carew Chapman - Kevin Davies Carbone - Benayoun Di Canio - Arshavin Oakes - Fabregas
HOOTIE AND THE SHIT TU
Having seen Man City's Andrew Johnson for a few years now, I always felt he has a touch of Waddle about him. Johnson may have a bit more pace, and he has yet to develop Waddle's trickery, but he is still very young. I will watch his career with great interest. Just a bloke, who used up all his luck in one go when he met his wife.

malek
Sheridan = none There is absolutely no pro footballer today with such a combination of lack of pace, physical strength and stamina. And few that combine such a vision, creativity and passing skills molded together. He is a dead bread of footballer, and he was one of the last of his kind even then back in mid 90's... Hope you are not feeling disappointed with an explanation

malek
What the flip is 'dead bread'??? It is - tip nogometaša kakav ne postoji u današnjem nogometu, usljed ubrzanja igre i prebacivanja težišta na fizičku moč, i ne tolerancije prema nogometašima koji ne mogu iznjeti maksimalne fizičke zahtijeve. Also, I'd have Hirst = Torres
