igm1
BREAKING NEWSOur strikers haven't been good enough this season. As someone has already said, Leicester beat us 3-0 at their place yet we beat them easily at home.If we win our home games, we'll be fine. No need to hit the panic button yet.
NeonLeon
Even if Strafford/The Board told Irvine (or any manager) get whoever you want. Skys the limit, we'll get you Rooney if you want him.It will only make the slightest bit of difference, if any.One man/player isn't going to keep us up. If we play as a team every game until the end of season we've got a much better chance of staying up than if we splash out on one amazing player. It'd be worth paying to see him screaming at some of them!!

We would have been mid table without the goals Jones got us.A gem of similar ilk could save us.
gurujuan
So Leicester have just signed James Vaughan on loan from Alan Irvine's old club Everton with the Merseyside club paying most of his wages. He could have done an excellent job for us and with a bit of manouvering I'm sure a deal could have been done. Of course one man is no guarantee of safety, but some sharpness up front would have given us a much better chance of beating the drop. Of course by bringing in a player who is better than what we have already is going to improve our chances.
