I have logged on to my online account and gone to 'renew season ticket' but my seat is shaded out (season ticket taken). My account doesn't appear to have my seat details attached to it so I can't renew. I thought once I logged on it would bring up the details of my seat for me just to put in my credit card details. Does anyone have any ideas?? Log in using the client ID associated with your seat (printed on the back of your card). Use the client ID, postcode, surname, login boxes just to be sure.Go to 2010/11 Season Tickets and click 'buy now'. Select the 'Renew and keep my seat' option (and not the 'choose seats' option).
