The time has come for Irvine to show some courage today.

And to show us that he is not just another Laws.

The Untouchables must be be targeted.

Potter for one must be replaced by Sean Mac, a player who cares and fights for the cause.

The places of Tudgay, Spurr and O'Connor should also come under the microscope if we have fit players to come in.

He said the performance at Reading was unacceptable - now let us see if he can act.

Question would be why all three managers haven't seen in Sean Mac what you have? Not having a dig at you but it must be down to training or his height alongside JOC.

I still think he will start with Ray Wilkins jr but his time is running out

O'Connor has been our most consistent player all season

I trust Irvine to name his strongest team....It's our better players that your calling to be dropped that should show courage.

Wear the blue and white with pride and do it proud.

The players have let us down, its up to them to turn it around.

the managers job is to motivate, and that's exactly what he needs to do

a number of players (big?) are in the comfort zone and need a kick up the backside

we continue to beleive in these players at our peril

True but we've yet to hit on a partnership in the engine room. Joc seems to do all the graft but alwyas looks the most likely to score from midfield.

Potter plays the ball sideways and backwards with an occasional trick, then that's about it.

Generally none of the midfield are good enough but JOC deserves his place above the rest
