The Shirt of Hurt - Derby Day

Recommended Posts

Danny Baker is raising cash for Sport Relief by challenging people to put on "The Shirt of Hurt" - the kit of their club's fiercest sporting rivals!

Adrian Chiles was the first famous fan to rise to Danny's challenge. The ardent West Brom fan not only put on a Wolves shirt – he wore it for the whole nation to see on Match of the Day 2!

How about emulating this - in fact why not make Adrian's attempts look nothing more than paltry. How about asking Tango and his equivalent for the Blades to wear the others colours on the pitch, in front of all and at the Derby match? Don't worry Tango - you can take the shirt off after the parade!

Bucket collection at the ready - for money not the other - and with volunters required to collect before the game.

We could advertise in the local press - I would even look to get the TV involved - this may even make the BBC News at 10 - aim high .... how about aiming to raise £10k on the day - that's less than 50p each for all attending? A small price to pay for a significant sacrifice from 2 characters of the clubs.

Is this a challenge too far for Tango and whomever? Who can get the word around to see if either would be up for it.

Lets show the country, Match of the Day 2 and Adrian Chiules how to do thios properly - and add a bit of extra (fun) rivalry into the Derby game!
