LS i assume? He shouldn't be annoyed! He should encourage them all! We need to level that playing field somehow *JOKE!
Plymstockowl
An interesting debate to be fair and something that has to be given much more airtime. Football is steadily destroying itself and I think Pompey are the tip of the iceberg oin the EPL not to mention what is happening in thr FL. LS did make a very valid point, it isn't a fair playing field when teams are massively over spending only to get themselves in the poo , then to be bailed out only to repeat it. I was impressed with Gold when he said teams that did this were effectively cheating. Also highlighted how much Man Ure fans know about other teams, any team that has a big away support gets smacked with inflated prices, deal with it the rest of us do. I remember paying £30+ fifteen years ago at Chelsea for an away ticket.

Allegedly got the push from RS when he asked DA whether he would honour his statement and walk if Turner failed? kobayashi
he just mentioned we are running without a loss basically and sounded a bit annoyed that other teams are gambling on their future paying big wages etc...bit like the pigs! Basically? In the last published accounts to May 2009 we made an operating loss of £3.2m and a net loss of £3.7m. Since then the Chairman has mentioned on numerous occasions how he has increased the player spending budget, medical budget etc.
RobHowe
Another good point by the Liverpool fan. The fans are slowly turning - this will gather momentum.
