Guest 1.8.6.7
I've just been having a look back at my Wednesday programme collection. Up to 2001-02 season I had all but three of our home match programmes. Great memories. As that's they are now, I was wondering whether any Wednesdayite would like them. I've been told to put them into an auction, but I refused because I believe they could end up at with a non-Wednesdayite. I don't want anything for them, just a good home and the safe knowledge that a Wednesdayite will look after them as much they have been. There's also two programmes from the 1935 FA Cup Final in there somewhere too. Up The Wednesday

alanharper
I've probably got the majority already, but if you've got a spare copy of the 1935 Cup Final I'd love to have it, always wanted that one.

Guest 1.8.6.7
Thank you for the Private messages. I'll write back to you all later, when I have a list of the programmes. My first match was against Bradford Park Avenue in 1946, I was nearly 10. We lost, but I was so excited about being here. Up The Wednesday
Guest 1.8.6.7
If you have a list of which programmes you'd like, can you please add a message on here and I can sort them out for you. Guest 1.8.6.7
Can all those who have sent me messages, please post your requirements on this thread. 1946-47 onwards. As the 1935 FAC Final Programme is wanted by many. So, as to make it fair, the first 2 Wednesdayite that can answer these questions correctly, they will become proud owners. Here are the questions. 1 who scored our goals in the 1935 FAC Final ? 2 who did we beat in the semi final and where was it staged ? 3 who was our manager at the time ? 4 name the date we played Santos at Hillsborough and what was the score ? 5 who has been our top post war goalscorer since 1945 ? 6 when was the cantilever stand built and what was the opening match it held supporters ? 7 how many times have we visited Wembley in our history ? 8 name our top post-war goalscorer against Sheffield United ? tie breaker ..... list our top 5 post war attendances at Hillsborough. The last FAC Final programme was sold at auction for £490. If anyone is interested. UP THE WEDNESDAY Frank Slater
