Sandy Owl Posted February 27, 2010 Share Posted February 27, 2010 As dedicated owls, we need to hear from the club early this week, in a no nonsense statement putting the records straight about where we are and what can be done about it. Forget all the 'off day' excuses and fronts, lets hear some reality, we are currently relegation bound, forget all the sign up to season tickets business - today the players have changed the agenda, - lets address the problem we have now - just some honesty of the sitaution and a strategy to move forward. Leaders must speak honestly on this, we need to know what has gone wrong. We need to know if there is any money available at all to keep us in this division, if not and based on form we are going down, if so we need to be hearing about the desire to launch a rebirth of the club with players who have a desire to do well and battle for the colours, each other and the history of the club. We need the current forward thinking board members and managerial staff to commit to this in the way Ron Atkinson and co did after relegation in the 90's. Its honesty and a strategy on the field that will save this club, either now or into next season if we go down.
