Glaser
We have about 1.5 m pledged in season ticket sales . What would be the cost of relegation ? I kind of see you point, but, what are we going to spend next season, when we bring in these loans, stay up, yet have a lower budget next season. It would lead to more problems in the long term. It has to be new monies, not monies that are accounted for, for a later date Surely there are some rich businessmen in Sheffield who are large Wednesday fans
Stripper
you seriously think 20-40k would make one jot of difference to that performance and team out there today ? You can ten fold that figure to get close to what ne need at present It's worth a try, to save us this season! Something has to change, we need a striker for sure, and a ball winning midfielder. everydayiswednesday
So your saying 20-40k for a loan signing now would screw next season up? It would be far worse if we were relagated.Think we need 2-3 loan signings to give us any chance of survival. Decent one may be £5k per week each, total for 3 could be £150K +. Cost of relegation would be well worth it, if we can raise the money.
