dave angel
hopefully it will give his confidence a boost getting called up again, but they are playing holland, so they/he might get destroyed surely he knows they'll most probs be completely bummed. national call up at all is a boost for anyone. a call for world ciggie smoking champs for england/ireland (mothers side) would have me with a spring in me step. Sonny
weren't people praying for the return of Lewis Buxton just the other week after the Donny debacle, saying Frankie had lost it ? Maybe some people were, there are 10,000 members of this site you know, and so flipping what if they were, does that mean they can't wish Frankie good luck? Tyto
Guess it adds to the club's prestige, having a proper international onboard. Best of luck to Frankie!

owlsdreamer
weren't people praying for the return of Lewis Buxton just the other week after the Donny debacle, saying Frankie had lost it ? In the cold light of day he is not the player he was and its likely he never will be. Congrats in order for his call up but that still does not solve our right back prob at the min. SWFCLee
Great news for Frank, even better news for England should he become the USA fullback. Maybe the USA will be hoping England call up Tommy
Weshallovercome
Why can't people just say congrates without adding a dig?........sigh. Well done Frankie, good luck lad......make sure you beat the cloggies please.
Tea Baggins
I agree, the digs are a bit harsh. Hopefully he will regain match experience, gain fitness and confidence and be the Simek we all loved and has/had the potential to be a modern day legend for us. Guest S7Owl
Good for Frankie, but sorry have to say that he never gets the same treatment from the fans as Buxton, with Frankie it's "USA USA" even if he fudges it, Buxton does well and he gets muted applause, don't get me wrong, I don't rate Buxton, but either get behind Buxton a bit more when he aint playing well, as people are with Frankie at the minute, or rip Frankie for playing like Tosh in at least 2 or 3 recent matches, as with Buxton when he does, works both ways to me.. but yes, good on him, if he can get back close to his old self he is a damn good full back, easily the best we have at the club on his day, hope this helps him
