McGhee may have been unpopular at the end of his reign but what about-. Appointing Jack Charlton as manager . Appointing Howard Wilkinson as manager . Getting the club financially back in order . Getting rid of Strafford and letting someone like Cook take the job would be shuffling the deckchairs. I remember a poster called theowlsman who spoke about nothing else but investment to move forward. Don't turn out like him.
