archway-owl
How great would it be for us and A.I if we finished above Preston, D.F really does seem to be struggling though if welbeck finds form it could be a different story.

Indeed, also if there is one game i am confident we will win it is the game against them, Alan knows that team inside out and will know how to beat them Then again we have players that know how to lose against anyone :Dark Sad:
rustyowl
Would be nice but lets not get carried away. Theres a lot of hard work still to be done to drag ourselves away from trouble. IMO we will be ok,however this is a topsy turvy division and its dead easy to go on a bad run and get sucked in again.

Guest intercity0wl
I imagine AI is quietly pretty desperate to finish above them.Think the only reason AI will be desperate to finish above Preston would be if they were third bottom, nowt else matters except avoiding the drop. Im actually quite relieved we didnt get Fergusen now, i never wanted him anyway, but its poetic justice watching him undo Irvines hard work, while we slowly and quietly climb the table.. They deserve it for sacking a guy doing a good job, getting reasonable results.
Brownlad
It just goes to show what a mess Irvine leaves his clubs in. WE NEED TO GET RID OF HIM NOW BEFORE HE STARTS KILLING OUR CLUB
oh_weds_we_love_you
Shame Laws isn't going to prove any of his doubters wrong Yes, because those who respected and supported our former manager whilst he was here genuinely thought he was going to help Burnley with a second half of the season assault on Man Utd's Premiership crown...
