gabbywokingowl
It isn't in the press yet but it has happened. I am not sayin Palace are GOING into Admin, I am saying they ALREADY are. Presumably this is in readiness in case the impending court hearing with HMRC goes against Palace tomorrow ?
Guest becauseofboxingday
If they only get 10 points, they will escape relegation.. Not if all their players are sold. One less team for us to overtake on our playoff charge

oh_weds_we_love_you
Confirmed by Sky Sports News 2 minutes ago. Seems odd with the likes of Moses and Ambrose as pretty saleable assets!
Guest Walkley_Owl
Sellable, and probably already sold with Palace still in the poo
oh_weds_we_love_you
Sellable, and probably already sold with Palace still in the poo Hope so. Clubs who go into administration should face at least automatic relegation. As it stands, Palace would survive, but without Moses and Ambrose, League One would be welcoming them with open arms and that will be justice! Brownlad
how have palace ended up here though? they dont strike me as one of those teams who 'chased the dream' ? they don't seem to have actually splashed out much at all?
shabbyhouse
I'm very sad to hear this. I know it might benefit us, but it shouldn't be the case that decent lower division clubs should even have to face this kind of decision due to the money being all shoved in the wrong direction. I like CPFC as a club, and I'm very sorry that this has happened. There but for the grace of the Co-Op Bank go we....

Don't be so sure, if I had my pick of any manager in the CCC to get a team out a spot like this, I'd pick Colin
oh_weds_we_love_you
Don't be so sure, if I had my pick of any manager in the CCC to get a team out a spot like this, I'd pick Colin True, but with the loss of those two, the GK who is pretty decent and no means to bring in replacements, it would be a tough call even with Colin.
