barmyowl1212
Has anyone seen our GK coach? I watched him "warm" Grant up. I use the word warm lightly because to be fair he was shocking. His shots kept going over the bar or were so lame Grant caught them with ease. Also after about 5 mins he was clearly fooked and gasping for breath while Grant stood waiting for him. Im Hoping he is just a stand in coach!

Glaser
was painful to watch to be fair to the OP You could see Grant was trying to be as professional as possible about it, but surely if it continues, he will have to speak up
SiJ
Funny actually. There was a report in one of the newspapers about Jussi Jaskelainen complaining about the new Bolton goalkeeping coach. This was Coyles first training session and Jussi was so unhappy that he spoke up after half an hour, demanding that they bring back his old coach. Coyle agreed and they now have two goalkeeping coaches.

Buxtongent
Billy Mercer went to Burnley not Bolton! Wherever he went, let him stay. At least the 'coach' was trying to warm Grant up with the cross balls, his main weakness!
cookieowl
Yes but isnt the keeping coach the 1 who coached the 1 at Preston who imo is the best in the championship Sorry if im wrong i dont know who our new gk coach is.

nunbarrtowls
Could be a new twist on the old training method of not letting the players have a ball to kick. It will make Grant more keen to get hold of the ball during matches, just to keep his hand in,,,, and the ball out
