DeeJayOne
Hi all, At around 13:20 this afternoon the club lost internet connectivity briefly. This might have affected finalising any transactions through the online shop/call centre. If you were purchasing at around this time and got any errors, or are worried your transaction didn't go through, please call 0870 995 1867 and one of our ticket office team will check your transaction details and confirm your tickets/purchase details for you. Remember, if you purchased online, you can log into your account and check your purcahse history too to make sure it all went through OK. Regards, James. Why do companies make these numbers 0870 numbers? Customers through no fault of their own have to call these expensive lines for no extra benefit for themselves. Most individuals these days (I think) are on home telephone packages that are free of call charges when dialling land lines - why can't SWFC give us land line numbers to ring?
