Why do you hate football?

Recommended Posts

I hate how much money I spend on football

I hate how the premiership is what we aim for, and in reality all that would be, would be losing more games and spending more money

I hate how only two clubs will realisticly win the premier league

I hate teams that don't take the FA cup seriously

I hate not being able to stand

I hate the sueing, money grabbing culture that seems to be growing.

Oh...and obviously I hate it that we don't have a hotel...

You can't pay your money and go to see a game of football.

Without:

A load of politics.

Seeing a bunch of 40 somethings in a group they call a "firm"

Getting a dirty look of at least one person. We support the same team ffs! At least lets be together (not putting united to avoid confusion!) for one day, Dad...

Inspired by a QPR fan on 606.

What do you hate about football these days?

A couple to start with taken from said 606 post:

I hate that female journalists are now mandatory

I hate Phil Brown

I hate Jermaine Beckford and any player who has neck tattoo's

I agree with all those for starters!

+

referees adding at least 5+ minutes to every single game where we're winning

I hate the playoffs, yes its a spectacle but surely after a full season the team that finishes 3rd should go up.( not those that finish 6th )

Should be.

6th vs 5th winner plays 4th.

Then 4th vs 5/6th winner plays 3rd.

Then winner of 3rd vs 4/5/6th goes up! Simples!

Would be better as it favours the team who have performed the best over the year, even better is old skool, finish 3rd and your up.

So say it's 3rd v 6th.

The 6th placed team will have to have played twice more than the team who finished 3rd, yet realistically they could have been only separated on goal difference?

Thats their own fault!

Other than 3rd going up I can't see any other fairer way???

Higher you finish the less games you play. If you did it as one leg games aswell the 6th team would still play as many games as they would in the current format.
