Dark$ide
Does the club realise that quite a few 'personal' s/t are bought via companies as a benefit in kind ?I didn't know this, but if you renew a season ticket before 1st April this tax year you are paying double tax i think. So you are paying tax on both this years S/T and next years S/T, in this years tax year. I think it actually makes it cheaper for companies to wait until the summer, even with the peanlity for renewal due to the tax savings when the tickets are bought in the next financial year ?As you don't have to pay the tax on it before April 1st ?unless i'm mistaken ? Magic Magid
Companies year end's can be any date and corporation tax is payable 9 months after that, so I think you may be getting your wires crossed.
