Ground tours usually take place at 10am on a Saturday and are very good value for the price, costing £10 adults and £5 concs. You'd be taken through each of the stands and given information on the history of each, plus some great stories of the past and little bits of trivia. For the final leg of the tour you go through the players lounge, directors area, boardroom, changing rooms and up the tunnel onto the pitch. Seriously, I'd certainly recommend it! Got to say they are brilliant.Even my sister - who doesn't like football; was dragged there last minute due to illness and was expecting to hate it - absolutely loved it.Bit of a bonus on our tour - as we were running slightly late whilst we were in the team showers - Brian Laws came into the dressing room to set up pre match. He had a bit of a joke and let people have pics with him. Because we late we weren't allowed in away dressing room though. Other than that, an excellent tour with a very knowledgeable guide.
