haha speaking of revenue

Before I start let me say I fully support everything LS & NP are doing and believe we are moving forward and they are the right people to do this.Now my rant!I have been trying to buy the new shirt online for over 4 weeks, but was having problems registering my discount for being a season ticket holder, so I emailed the client ID address and was told my problem had been passed onto the store manager. This was over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't had a reply. I even gave them my log in details so they could see the problem for themselves. All I want to do is buy the new shirt online with my discount. Simple. Why is this so hard? I now have to wait again because the shirts have sold out. Thanks Wednesday.Dont moan about not making averages if you don't look after your customers.
